We choose the right A.I. Employee for where your business actually is right now. We map the work it will own, the work it will support, and the work that stays with you. We load your starter Business Brain with your brand, voice, offers, and ICP.

Midday

Install & train.

We install the employee inside Claude (Chat, Cowork, or Code, depending on the role). We feed it your tools, your data, your standards. It learns your business the way a new hire would on day one, except by end of day it is already at full speed.

Afternoon

Handoff & report.

Your A.I. Employee does its first real piece of work while we watch. We tune it, document it, and give you the playbook to manage it. By end of day you have a working employee and the operating rhythm to keep it productive.
