All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, audio, and code, is owned by Seed & Society LLC or used with permission. “Seed & Society®” is a registered trademark. “Context Training™”, “More Money & Time™”, “The Connectors Market™”, and “A.I. is moving at the speed of daily.™” are trademarks of Makeda Boehm.

You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish entire pieces, train commercial A.I. models on them, or sell them without written permission.

Paid engagements

Paid work with Makeda begins with a conversation. Engagements, including strategy sessions, working sessions, and custom builds, are scoped and quoted in a written proposal. That proposal states the fee, exactly what is included, and the payment terms, and it governs your engagement.

These engagements deliver custom work: live sessions, and the documents and assets built for you and handed over as we go. Because that work is created for you and cannot be returned, fees for sessions that have already taken place and documents that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If a scheduled session has not yet happened, it can be rescheduled as set out in your proposal.

No revenue, ranking, or other outcome is promised. What is promised is the work described in your proposal: the sessions, the documents, and the skill to keep using them.
